This license agreement is a legally binding contract between you, the licensee, and Kristians Sics / Lamatas un Slazdi (L&S). By downloading our font software, you acknowledge that you understand this license agreement and promise to comply with its terms. If you do not accept this agreement, please do not complete the purchase transaction.

1. License & usage rights.
Your invoice indicates the number of workstations on which you may install the fonts. The basic license is for 1-5 workstations. You can purchase additional licenses at any time. Any number of printers or output devices may be used. The licensed workstations need not be at the same business location.
Apart from the workstations licensed, you may also install the fonts on a network server. The number of workstations licensed means each and every workstation where the fonts will be used, not just the maximum number on a network that might possibly use it at any one time.
For every workstation for which you are licensed, you may also install the fonts on a portable (laptop) computer and/or a home computer, provided the fonts are not used on the secondary computer(s) at the same time.

2. Copyright.
You have not bought the fonts: you are licensed to use them, by the terms and conditions of this EULA. L&S retains title and all copyrights to the fonts and accompanying documentation, and all copies and adaptations thereof in whatever media. The fonts are intellectual property, containing proprietary information and valuable trade secrets, and as such they are protected by the copyright laws of many nations, and by international treaties. You may not copy the fonts, except you are allowed to make a backup copy of font software, documentation and license agreement.
You are not authorized to distribute the font software in any way, whether by selling, lending, donating or otherwise.
A transfer of the license you were granted requires a written permission by L&S; upon transfer of your license, you must delete the font software and all copies thereof.

3. Printing.
You may give a copy of the font software and this agreement together with your release file to your service bureau if the service bureau agrees to delete the font software immediately after exposing/printing your release file.
We recommend that you provide your service bureau with a PDF file with the font software embedded.

4. Embedding.
Embedding of the fonts in documents (e.g. PDF files) is permitted for viewing and printing, but not for editing. If someone at a remote location wants to edit a document that contains embedded fonts, they must purchase their own license. Internal corporate documents with embedded fonts may be edited on licensed workstations. You are not allowed to use the font software in a way which gives third parties access to the font software.

5. Modification.
You may modify typesetting produced by the fonts in any way you see fit. You may also modify the fonts for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not distribute, or transfer your adaptations; for instance, you may not make customized versions of the fonts for use by your clients, you may not adapt, or merge the fonts to create hybrid fonts for resale. Each workstation where a modified font is installed shall be counted as one of your permitted number of users.

6. Warranty and limitation of liability.
L&S has done everything to produce high quality OpenType fonts. Please note that not all systems or applications support OpenType features and kerning at all or equally well.
If you do experience any difficulties with our font software, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If this should not be possible, we will be pleased to refund your money, which shall be the limit of our liability in this transaction.
Except for this warranty granted, there is no warranty for performance or results obtained by using the font software. L&S will not be liable for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, business interruption, nor for lost profits, savings or business information, arising out of any use of, or inability to use, the font software.

7. Final provisions
This EULA terminates automatically without notice from L&S should you fail to comply with any of its provisions. In the event of termination, you must delete the font software and all copies thereof.
