By purchasing, downloading, or installing Typo5 fonts (referred in this agreement as Font Software), you accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement. In return for a license to use Typo5 fonts, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Typo5 fonts license permits use on 1-5 computers and 1 Output Devices at one immediate location. For each set of additional 5 computers, you are required to purchase additional licenses, at a discount.

2. You agree to use Typo5 fonts solely for your own business or personal purposes. You may use the Font Software for every kind of commercial and/or independent publication, electronic and/or print.

3. Typo5 Font Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Typo5 Font Software is licensed, not sold.
This non-exclusive license grants you certain rights to use the font software and is not an agreement for sale of the font software or any portion of it.
Except for your right to use the font software granted by this license, all other rights, title of the font software, related trademarks and trade names are owned and retained by Typo5.

4. You are not allowed to adapt, embed, translate, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on Typo5 fonts. If you need a custom font that fits to a specific project please contact Typo5.
Any derivative work, font software, or new font design, which is determined to have been created using one of Typo5 fonts as a reference or a starting point, shall be the property of Typo5 and all profits from said program or font design shall be transferred to Typo5.

5. Reproduction and Distribution. You may not reproduce or distribute copies of the font software. You may not make the software product available for download. Copies of the software product may not be distributed for profit either on a standalone basis or included as part of your own product unless by prior permission of Typo5.

6. No unauthorized copying. You may not copy or duplicate Typo5 fonts in any form (except for backup purposes within 30 days of purchase) unless you get written permission from Typo5.
You can not store Typo5 fonts on a server that anyone has access to unless your license permits otherwise. You can provide the font software to a service bureau as needed for the output of your work, provided that the service bureau does not retain a copy of the font software once the work is completed.

7. Font Embedding. The basic Typo5 license allows for the embedding of Typo5 fonts ONLY if the document created is set to Print and Preview. If Typo5 fonts can be extracted, edited and therefore transferred in any way, an additional license is required to account for each recipient of the document and font file(s).
You can embed the font software in works as needed, provided that the embedding is subset and encrypted to prevent extraction of the font software itself. No exception not specifically listed here is permitted.
If Typo5 Font Software is made accessible to thirds by whatever technique (actual or in the future) additional license is required. Contact Typo5 for more information.

8. Any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall be cause for termination. In the event of termination, and without limitation of any remedies under law and equity, you agree to immediately return the Font Software to Typo5, certify that no copy remains in your possession or control, and pay a fee (according the situation) to Typo5 for damages and unauthorized use of Font Software. Contact Typo5 for any questions or additional information.

9. The Typo5 Font Software may be returned or exchanged only if defective. Defective software will be replaced if Typo5 is notified within one (1) week of purchase and a valid sales receipt is presented.

10. Limited warranty: Typo5 makes no warranties expressed or implied as to merchantability, fitness for a particular project, or otherwise. Typo5 does not warrant the performance or results you get from using the software. In no event will Typo5 be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost revenue, profits, goodwill or savings, or for any claim by any third party.
