Notice to User:
Downloading and installing this software is deemed an agreement between you (or your employer) and Archaica to accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, remove all copies of the software from your computer(s) and contact the place of purchase, with your original receipt, for a full refund.
1. This font software is the intellectual property of and is owned by Archaica. In consideration for the license fee paid, Archaica grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right license to use this software.
a) You may install the font software at a single location on a hard disk or other storage device of up to five (5) computers and one (1) output device such as a laser printer or imagesetter. The font software may be used over an internal network, provided that the total number of computers and output devices on which it is used does not exceed five computers and one output device.
b) You may make one backup copy of the font software, provided that the backup copy is not used or installed on any additional computer or output device.
c) You may also install the font software on one home or portable computer provided that it is not used on the home or portable computer at the same time as it is being used on the primary computer.
d) You may transfer the font software to a third party only if you have not modified the font software files, you transfer all copies of the font software, retaining none on any computer or other device in whole or in part, and the transferee confirms his or her agreement to the terms of this license agreement. You may not otherwise sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the font software to any third party.
e) You may take or send a copy of the font software to commercial printer or service bureau for the purpose of outputting a particular file or files provided that the commercial printer or service bureau does not retain any copy of the font software after the job is completed, unless they have purchased or been granted a license to use that specific font software.
f) Embedding of the font software into electronic documents is permitted.
2. Subject to the exceptions set forth in subsections 2(a), 2(b), and 2(c), you are not allowed to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or translate the font software for any purpose.
a) You may convert the software into another format for the purpose of installing it onto a computer with which it would not otherwise be compatible, provided that computer is within the permitted number of devices and locations.
b) You may convert the software into another format to achieve compatibility with other software with which it would not otherwise be compatible, provided that the converted font software is used only on computers or other devices included within the permitted number.
c) You may modify the font software by adding glyphs as necessary for your design and typesetting purposes; such modifications remain the property of Archaica and remain subject to the terms and conditions of this license agreement in all respects.
3. Limited warranty
a) Archaica warrants that the font software will be free of defects in materials or manufacturing for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Your exclusive remedy and the sole liability of Archaica in connection with the font software shall be, at Archaica's option, either refund of the license fee or repair and replacement of the defective software. This limited warranty does not extend to any file that has been modified in any way after delivery.
b) The limited warranty stated in subsection 3(a) is the only warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the font software made by Archaica, David Yoon, or any third party involved in the creation, production, delivery, or licensing of the software. Except as provided therein, Archaica makes no warranty or representation of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of quality or fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. Archaica does not warrant the performance, completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the font software and shall not be responsible for any loss or damages, direct or indirect, caused by the use of or inability to use the font software.
4. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York.
