Return a Font

Our refund policy allows you to ‘return’ a font within 7 days by informing us of its deletion by email, quoting the invoice number. We will then refund the invoice amount.

If you have purchased additional fonts with your order, please place a new order for these fonts, as we can only cancel the invoice in its entirety.

Swap a Font

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong font, we offer you the option of exchanging it for the correct font within 14 days of purchase.

To do so, please first delete the incorrect font and purchase the correct one. Then please notify us of the deletion of the incorrect font and provide us with your old and new invoice numbers by email. We will then refund the old invoice amount.

If you purchased additional fonts with your old order, please place a new order for these fonts, as we can only cancel the old invoice in its entirety.
