Under the pseudonym of Dr. Andréground, André Themoteo Alves Corrêa signs below, the Design of new geometric display fonts, plus unraveled and invented a few remarkable graphic patterns, protected by copyright. Both yet in a small public portfolio but growing its collection, besides of furthermore authorial works, related to Architectonic frontispieces, Islamic Design, 3D, Gestalt, MC Escher, Optical Illusions, etc. From Rio de Janeiro (b. 1986) studied graphic design at UniverCidade-IAV a well-known closed design school in Ipanema, left a graduation unfinished intending to further migrate the degree to architecture… So, not actually really a doctor at all, that’s only an artistic name or title, which by the way, was coined in 2019, my background in shaping letters came from doing graffiti at a young age, and this atmosphere kind of kept influencing my Typographic affairs but more in a mathematical way or emphasis, like solving Puzzles.
