I’ve been working with type for a couple decades, and have been drawing my own letters for as long as I can remember. In 2008, I built a typeface that I thought would be useful and one whose specific variety I hadn’t seen in a professionally-made font. So I created Franchise and released a free beta version, and soon after, I began to see it all over the world. It was through this project that I discovered creating typography is something I’m proficient with and extremely passionate about.
