Diab Jaser is a Dubai-based type designer, educator and technologist who specializes in typography, hand lettering, and calligraphy. He currently works as type engineer and art director at Tanween Type Foundry, He designed customized Arabic typefaces for some companies like Qatar Charity, Zain, Coursera, Abu Dhabi Government, and many others. Also teaches Arabic calligraphy in some universities such as NYU AD, Khalifa University, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. He is type designer and programmer, his big experience in graphics and works for big companies like IBM, ITP publishing, led him to become a type designer.
