About Prolog Hybrid Font Family

Prolog Hybrid is part of an extended font family. Based on Giovanni Francesco Cresci's font patterns from 1570, the Prolog Hybrid was developed to complement the Prolog family for text size and quantity typesetting. The unusual shape of the letters with a concave spread (like in HGB Santo) does not have a negative impact on readability. The font looks familiar and is pleasant to read and yet independent. Like all Prolog fonts, Prolog Hybrid features both a straight e and a slanted (Venetian) e. Additional variants (table numerals, oldstyle figures and alternatives of Q-P-g-y) are available via OpenType functions. An unusual, good looking and easy to read text font with some brothers and sisters for appropriate accolades.
