Uncarving Nation is a type foundry based in Jepara, Indonesia, founded and operated by Ahmad Nur Alfian.Its aim is to explore typography based on elements that the founder, as a graphic designer, finds useful and enjoyable.Over the last two years, he has discovered many new aspects of typography from various genres, which he combines to create fresh and distinctive letterforms.Alfian continues to expand his knowledge of typographic design and applies this expertise to improve Uncarving Nation.
