About Calton Font Family

Calton is a utilitarian workhorse sans serif family. It’s designed to work in as many environments as possible, from small text to big headlines. The roman and italic styles work well for any typographical situation while the stencil really packs a punch and shines as a display family. The design has a hint of familiarity from classical humanist sans serifs, but the proportions are much more economical and the detailing is distinctly modern. All styles come in eight weights, from Thin to Black and the family is well suited for film and TV, advertising, editorial design, packaging, branding, logo, sports, web and screen design. The family is available in multiple bundle options so check out the different choices. The family package is available with a bargain price.

About LetterMaker

LetterMaker, aka Teo Tuominen, is a Finnish type designer and letterer. Teo has a background in graphic design and has a masters degree in type design from the TypeMedia program held in the Hague, Netherlands form which he graduated in 2013. LetterMaker designs typefaces for retail as well as custom fonts tailored for the clients specific needs. He often also works as a letterer sometimes doing clean vector logos and other times working on some rough and organic hand drawn lettering for more illustrative assignments and even sign painting and typographic murals. But designing fonts is his real passion as well as creating useful products. Useful here means that the end user (you) enjoy using LetterMaker fonts and your life is made just a little easier thanks to them. To this end LetterMaker aims to publish a wide range of typefaces all fulfilling a different purpose. In addition to practical work with letters, Teo also works as a teacher of type design, typography and lettering, holding courses in Aalto University, Lahti Institute of Design and giving his own workshops.
