I Can Be Your Type
I Can Be Your Type was founded by recent Philadelphia University graduate Zachariah Nelson. The philosophy of typography for this foundry is based on the Ellen Lupton opinion of typography which is that, “Typography is what language looks like.” This idea of typography grew into the idea that languages are formed by societies, civilizations, and culture. The driving force behind this conglomerates are people. Just like typefaces, people are individual. Typefaces are people too.
