About Vala
The sophisticated Vala by Oscar Guerrero was inspired by late 18th century typefaces, such as the contrasting Antiquas Didot™ or Bodoni™. The character of the very bold font is determined by an extreme contrast in the weights and prominent, drop-shaped finishes. A slight tilt in the direction of writing, large curves and round points capturing the finishes support the dynamic flair of the Vala. Numerous letter alternatives and ligatures, as well as titling and swash variants, are available for a varied and typographically sophisticated design. Vala is designed in such a way that, despite its handwriting-like character, setting text in all uppercase is possible.Vala is made for large font sizes.
